In 2014, the Molino Paolo Mariani family launched its own alimentary supply chain entirely located in Italy.
We have obtained complete control of our production process: from the cultivation of the raw materials to the processing activities and even the final commercialization.

Here, innovation takes root in tradition: every variety is studied, nurtured, and tested for a minimum of three years in our experimental fields, before earning its place in our selection.
