A BLONDE LAGER BEER OBTAINED WITH A LOW FERMENTATION
THE BLONDE BEER FROM LE MARCHE WITH A MULTIETHNIC SOUL
From the early Middle Ages, beer has been referred to as the 'liquid bread', and still today this linguistic expression can be used in our everyday food-related life. This is what has encouraged our mill to take a new parth, guided and inspired by the common cereal experience of these two worlds, with the possibility of connecting it to a project already existing in our reality: our Mazì wheat.
DO YOU KNOW OUR MAZÌ CULTIVATION PROJECT?
From a collection of over 2,000 wheat varieties from all over the world, our Molino Paolo Mariani family has given life to an experimental cultivation in which this blend – ’Mazì’ in Greek – is cultivated and let evolve in a completely spontaneous way, without any human intervention; leaving to Mother Nature – together with the territorial condition – the task to carry our a natural selection, and to offer us a new, unique and innovative reality.
MAZì. A BLONDE LAGER BEER OBTAINED WITH A LOW FERMENTATION
Our Mazì Beer is a low fermentation blonde lager which is characterized by a blonde sheer color and by a unique turbidity.
With a round and well-balanced taste, it has a low alcohol content but with a great character and structure deriving from the blend of the different varieties of our Mazì wheats.
The maturation times are well above the average of the typical artisan Italian beers, 90 days. A long time that allows us to unleash all the special aromatic notes of Mazì.
MAZÌ BEER a blonde lager beer from Le Marche, with a multiethnic soul which fully respects that biodiversity that we have always been valued.
